SAE X10A / X15A / X25A Amplifier diode question

Does anyone have any info on the Schottky Diodes used in these amplifiers. I have searched the interweb with zero information found. Maybe something someone has used that works.

It’s bad, probably shorted. It’s is an amp i am looking to buy but holding off as i can’t find any info on this part. The X15A in particular.

It's been a couple of years so don't know if you ever found an answer. I had been looking for some info on this also. In the past, I saw a post that mentioned this part number: TRW 11-0202. No surprise that I couldn't find this part anymore. But, these similar parts MIGHT be worth investigating ... Good luck!!!

No, never found answer as I never got my hands on a “X” series amp. I probably could have figured it out if I had one but I just didn’t want to take the chance.
