Yes those are isolated to the board. If that is where pin 12 on both boards is supplied, then that is ok. Just as long as the pin 1 and 2 on each board are isolated to the fuses.

Now that I have meter resolved, I am not getting anything more than 13ma on each board for bias. Trimmer has no real effect on current.
I put the fuses back in just to see if other outputs have correct 1/2 voltage of 80v and I am only reading 10v on each.
I don't have 10v at Pin 1.If you only have 10 volts at pin 1 of both boards, your amp should be heating up in a bad way. Recheck your outputs. Your main 2 fuses should have blown.
That red wire from 1042 board has no current or voltage it seems as though in the original layout that it was pulling in 82V from the driver board but not sure why it would need to go all the way to the driver boards to do that.In the meantime been thinking about the red wire coming off the 1042 board. Sansui (may) have been trying to provide a 80v supply to the bias circuit that would not drop in voltage if the demand through the main caps fell. Are you able to provide a voltage to ground off that wire?
Bonzoro may chime in about low ma readings![]()

You are right. I pulled TR0011 and transistor was bad. Replaced with KSC1815 and now have 82V at DC pin.The wire from the 1042 is NOT drawing voltage from the 6013's. That should be supplying voltage (80 Volts) to pin 12's Time to check that power supply. I'm off to Christmas with family. Have a Merry Christmas everybody.
It’s on the 1042 board.Where is TR0011?
Ok that makes sense. I’ll check with dummy load. Not able to measure that with cap coupled outputs. Need to have a resistive load across the terminals such as an 8 ohm dummy resistor non inductive.
Which boards are you running?I am having not dissimilar issues however, I was measuring bias on mine and when I put the fuses back in I saw, out of my peripheral vision, a little flash somewhere in the vicinity of R815 on each board (The receiver was not powered on but it was plugged in). I have a functioning L channel but it doesn’t sound quite right. The right challenge was out. Today I pulled all the outputs just to double check them and when I powered up the receiver again I had a slight distorted right channel and then it slowly faded out to zero output.
I have 75 watts on the cans of the outputs on the one side of each channel but the other cans show about 9 V or 12 V (for a left channel ) is the highest I can dial it up to. The right channel has millivolt readings. So I am watching this thread closely as it may provide clues into my unit.
Thanks.
