Downloaded elecrotanya but really bad.
Hifi engine is not accepting new registrations.

Then right click on the large icon and select 'Save Link As' - this should show you a location to save the named .PDF file.

Not really - except I was under the impression that actually downloading the file isn't as intuitive as it should be. Navigating to your link gives the general location, navigating to my link gives the specific location - but what do you do then? - double clicking on the icon shows you the SM with a browser PDF reader, (hardly ideal), and as I now see a download link on the top right. I always want the file so I can read it with Acrobat, and I had never investigated the options available if you first view the SM in the browser itself - until just now.

I just open the PDF and save it.

The database is a great asset, but hard to find unless you know it exists. I've got several manuals that I need to scan and upload, but my scanning software is so clunky that it's hard to get motivated to do it.

My beautiful HP Flatbed scanner became just a piece of electronics junk when the existing XP drivers/software wouldn't work with W10. I have since bought an HP printer with scanning ability - it works, but I haven't tried scanning anything useful.

Yes I hate deprecated crap like that. I keep an older OS install around just so I can keep using my hardware!
