Sansui 771 no bias

Hi all I recently got a 771 receiver in lovely condition purchased as not working.

I’ve given it an overhaul which included
Recap
Replace 2sa726 with 2sa970
Replace 2sc1313 with ksc1815
Replace all zeners
Replaced trim pots
Replaced 2sc1364 with ksc2690

Relay clicks out as normal with a 70w dim connected however left channel shows zero bias and does not respond to any adjustments in measuring from emitter resistor r15 0.33ohm and r16 for right channel - which is fine

Any ideas what to look for now to resolve the bias issue?

Looks like I sorted this replaced the remaining transistors 2sc1124 and 2sa706 and bias is very well adjusted I used mje15032/33 and ksc2690 for tr05 if anyone else needs to know in future
