I just had the manual printed off to help make sense of things. The diagrams are a handful.

Is it 47uF or 4.7uF?
The part number quoted is a 4.7µF, however the schematic says 47µF, so just a typo for this post. As always with conflicts like this go with the value installed in your unit now. Unless the capacitors are non-original, in which case seek further help from someone who is more familiar with this model than I am.

Yes, I always go with the installed value if it is OEM. But this is not the case...

It passed the multimeter test, I hope that it will work fine 
@MIJ_Pioneer if you want to update the list, C03 and C04 are missing (1uF/35V tantalum). I used Wima MKS2 to replace them.

One channel was not working well because some tech soldered the resistor that goes under Dolby IC to the wrong pad
