I sure do hope so. I did put it back on a DBT to demo how those testers work for another younger guy who likes messing with tube radios, and the bulb is flashing. Not sure what that was about but it stopped.

Either way I have to admit replacing those 2sc458 transistors cleared up a lot more "hiss" than expected. Any unit here sitting around will have their schematics gone through and any 2sc458 removed. Those things plain suck.
