Sansui AU-D11 =restoring=

slowly but surely trying to restore amplifier
Found the first fault - in PROTECTOR LD8 diode (MV103) is broken :( - infinity resistance to both sides.
I can replace MV103 by 1N4148?

Those resistors are part of the zobel network of each channel which are 10Ω 1/2 watt. They are in the correct location and it's normal for them to be on the trace side.

Hello!
Thanks for all for help!
Yesterday i finish to recap my AMP (and replace semiconductors too).
Turn ON amp and NO FIRE, NO BURN .... GOOOD!
But, 5-10 sec and relays off outputs and flashing Power lamp :(
Output DC voltage in my amp:
R ch - 2.2V
L ch - 0.22V
How i can fix this?

Try to adjust the dc offset first. If that doesn't work, there is a problem on the channel with 2.7V on it. We will troubleshoot it.

Super!
by trimmers F-3263 kVR1 i set:
L ch - 0.6mV output
R ch - 0.5mV output
AMP do not switch off by relays! YAHOO!
Now i must set BIAS?

Yes, check and adjust the bias as well. Measure it after initial power up and continue to monitor and adjust as necessary. After a good warm up period, go back and do a final tweak of the center DC adjustment and the bias current.
