Puzzle solved.
Appears after all the parts replaced there was a major change in the previous bias setting. It was so great that trying to make the adjustment at the factory location I didn't feel confidant in making such an adjustment. I did it in steps comparing to the remaining working channel.
After getting the bias on bad channel transistor outputs to match the good channel, I went back and did the measurement at the factory location again and it worked.
