Sansui G-8000 power switch

Does anyone have a source for a new power lever switch for my Sansui G-8000. It is arching inside the switch when I turn it on which makes the meter lights flash. I have tried cleaning it with Deoxit fader lube but it did not really help. I was going to pull it and clean it inside by taking the switch apart after I removed it but though if I could find a new one it will last a lot longer.

It's arching for three reasons. 1) the capacitor across the switch has probably failed. 2) Whatever you tried to clean it with is probably conductive enough to make it arc. 3) you have a space heater or other high current draw appliance plugged into the "switched" outlet.

Offhand I can't picture the G8 power switch but most of the power switches are double pole with only one pole used. Get a new capacitor and swap the leads to the unused side.
