Scratchy pot not coming clean

Ok i will try and use a wire and fix that spot, is there any other suggestions? should i replace all the caps on both the control boards since only replacing the 1uf didnt fix the problem?

Hey just wanted to give you an update,the sound went away!! i think the new caps just had to settle or something cause i let it sit for like 2 days since replacing them and just turned it on,nice and clean and quite, not a single fizz or pop,so you were right with replacing those two caps and i just wanted to say thank you! :)
