It looks like an unanimous vote to sell now. Just want to add that vintage audio is different from stocks in that they are illiquid like real estate. There's lead time for prepping, listing, and waiting for the right buyer, and lowering prices.
The best deals I have gotten were from people who were moving and needed to get rid of their audio gear before handing the house keys back to the landlord or to the real estate agent in a few days - at pennies on the dollar.
