Sorry, not following what you are saying here. Are you saying not to worry about the voltage readings and just close it up?close it up but if not sure..

i take it you are checking the voltages for setting centre voltages at the output transistors cases ?
one of each channel should be at rail voltage . the other roughly half of that .
check at the transistor cases .
p.s i made a mistake . there are 4 outputs each channel so 2 should be rail voltages and 2 half of that .

So I ended up getting home today early enough to take the case voltages on the output transistors. For both the left and right channel, I get one pair of transistors with case voltages of approx 89V, which is the rail voltage I'm reading from the transformer. However, the other pair for both left and right channel are only reading around 23V.check at the transistor cases .

quick look is saying x304 is running rather hot ... or it is not working properly .
its late here and i am falling asleep . will go over this when i am awake .
its a bit odd how you can get bias dialled in ok .
i know these cap coupled amps can be a bit odd setting up .
try setting biases a bit lower and see if centre voltages rise up some .
last one i did i used 2 multi-meters and traded voltages against each other until i got it right .
