Any tips on a realiable TT tech in the SF east Bay Area? Thanks in advance.

1. Thorens td115, dynavector cart; the output is low.
2. Thorens td320, Shure cart; the outer part plater scrapes the top of motor pulley
3. Technics sp15, have yet to try it out.

Which Cartridge? Could it be a "Low output Moving Coil" In which case you would need a stage.

Does this scrape the entire circumference? Or just one small location of the platter?

I think it's a Karat. What's a "stage"? Please forgive my ignorance.

Scrapes on a certain area. When I first ran it after changing the belt, it worked fine, but now it's scraping.

Not really anymore. They are only open 1 day a week and they only repair what they plan to sell.

In any event, it sounds like the problems the OP are having aren't complicated. If he comes back to provide more detail about the issues he's having he can probably get solutions.
