If you hang them from the ceiling in a bar, are they acoustic suspended?
I'll see myself out.
Nice! I could have had stacks of the Realistic silver receivers back in the day. If only I wasn't a dumb kid who thought they had no value since digital radio tuning was coming into play...My garage receiver.View attachment 3499778

It has a nice cabinet on it too. Nicer than a lot of the others.I think the little STA-18 gets overlooked. I bought a nice clean example about a week ago on a whim not knowing for sure just how it would sound. All I can say is it went well above my expectations. It really sounds great, well built low watt receiver. I'm glad to have one in my stash now............borrowed image, but mine is in near new condition.View attachment 3635772
Even that little RS receiver I gave you sounds good. I don't remember the model though.I have never heard an RS receiver in good shape that did not sound really nice.
Very cool! Brings back memories! I think I have one packed away in my computer room. I'll have to take a look!
Until the mid 80s even the cheapest Realistic receivers had walnut veneer cabinets that looked incredible. Very few of the big names had that nice of cabinets. It has a nice cabinet on it too. Nicer than a lot of the others.
