Thank you. I recall reading about the SS-AR1 but I couldn't recall the exact model number. I will research the other components because they were obviously designed as a series. I love the Japanese continued obsession with consumer(and professional) audio and their adventurous curiosity evident in material technical science and innovative approaches to optimise sound reproduction.

I also vicariously enjoy following your multinational exploration of standout components. :naughty: :thumbsup:

PS. I'd love to see you do a deep dive thread where you walk us through some of the stand out components you've lived with. Why they are stand out components to you and what those components bring to the table. Maybe one day......
