Soldering issues

yup, it gets a tiny bit here a tiny bit there but i can't keep heating the board up like that it fill burn everything up. if you look in the pic you'll see i have 3 seperate solder joints in a small area. I'm trying to be careful as I'm pretty much a noob at this,I do know how to solder I just don't do it more then maybe 1 or 2 times a year (solder something) not alot of electronic component soldering over my lifetime though do know I need to be careful exposing any heat to electronic parts. How bout a cutting torch :scratch2:

That's what I get multi-tasking surfing and watching a balll game at the same time !
If solder wick and a solder sucker aren't working with good heat .........
Then get a hotter iron .
Can you bend the tabs / leads up some so that you can wiggle it out ?

To me that appears to be a three-prong capacitor.
