Sony TA-333 at Goodwill??

[abpeep]

There is a Sony TA-333 integrated amp w/ matching tuner at the GW. No price marked. Google provides minimal info on this.

Anyone familiar with this amp?

Thanks,
Alan

abeep,

Long story short: the TA-333 was part of a series of separates that were mainly to be sold together as a "matched" system ; late '78 & 1979 vintage.
The bigger TA-636 and matching ST-636 tuner fetch fairly high prices on eBay but the smaller ones, well... smaller prices - I wouldn't pay more than 30$ for one of these.

I can dig the basic and not so basic info on these if you want but would need a few days to do so.

Thanks for the info. I couldn't read anything on the back as I didn't have my damn glasses. Probably won't make a point of going back for it but may still be there when I make it back.

Thanks, Alan

TA-333 and TA-F333ESx are VERY different and about 10 years apart...

The TA-F333ESx was a TA-F700ES in the US and Europe: http://www.thevintageknob.org/SONY/sonyes/TAF700800ES/TAF700800ES.html
