Sony ta 4650 noise in the background

So I got this ta 4650 recently (like 2 months ago) and it's been great so far but sometime when I use it I hear this high pitched sound in the background. sometimes there is also some crackling. I have replaced the 'killer diodes' and the rest all looked good on the inside it sounds like it could be some type of ground issue but I am not sure do you guys know what it could be ?

Do you get the noise on all inputs - or just some/one input.

Is it in one or both channels?

Does it start on start-up? Or does it start only when the unit has been running for a while?

only after it has been running a while as far as I can tell it's both channels haven't tried any other inputs but I can still hear it on inputs that don't have anything connected (I rarely hear it though)
