It really sounds great but unsure that the bias is set correctly. There is a statement in this thread about the bias on the schematic being wrong and that it should be around 2.5 to 3.0 MV. It does seem to run a bit hot compared to my MA5002 early unit.
 
I haven't spent much time working on the PCB lately, but it's close. I just need to get the connector and mounting holes in the exact location. The original connectors are not available, so I went with the same ones MTX did on the H5002. I also used the top layer of the board to add additional copper to the high current traces. So it is a redundant path to the one on the bottom layer.

The Soundcraftsmen is a better amp the any of the Phase Linear amps
I dont know if there is room for improving with a new board

Modern materials make it so the boards are more sturdy, easier to remove solder, and easier to solder. Adding adjustable DC offset would be even better. White Oak boards for the Phase Linear amps change the circuits and make them have better performance.
