Speaker caps from Mouser?

The reason for the question is that most parts suppliers levy substantial charges for international postage - Mouser is an exception (no intended plug for the business).

If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate it if you could let me know if any of the caps in the Mouser product range good for speaker re-caping? and what product line(s) should I be looking at?

Thanks, Jon

Mouser has a huge selection of components, and many are suitable for your application. Where are you located? It often helps to list your general location in your member signature.

For most crossover capacitors you will want a film and foil or metallized film capacitor, so that narrows it down. To about a million.

I think I've heard the Sprague Orange Drops are good, at least they're used by technicians when recapping receivers and amps. 715 or 716 is the line I think.

I know there have been other discussions of this very topic on AK, the problem is finding them...
