Speaker identification/manufacurer needed

I have a pair of these speakers. What I know is that they are 12" and 4 ohm. They work and don't require much power. Small alnico magnets. Fairly small voice coil.

What I don't know is who manufactured them. I've seen some advertised on eBay that look like this that claim to be "Oxford" speakers. I know nothing about Oxford as a a manufacturer, nor about their quality. Or perhaps they are Carbonneau speakers.

Can you tell the manufacturer from the number code on the back of the speaker?
That's all I've got.

Any information would be appreciated.

Inexpensive, lower quality, OEM type speaker.

Cone is cut from flat paper and seamed.

The manufacturer name has little to do with quality. These kinds of speakers usually employ a minimum of engineering to arrive at a profitable price point. They do the job they were originally spec'd for and little more.
