Yes, I know about Speakerlab SX

I built a pair of these for my sister in 1982, and they still sound great. Especially
the tweeter. In fact, I'm currently rebuilding them to put them in a more user-friendly
sized cabinet. Here's why....
Last year, my dad was looking for a new low-priced speaker. Brought home all the
usual suspects, such as the Paradigm Atoms, PSB's, B&W, and Acoustic Energy.
Just for fun, I dragged out the old Speakerlab SX's for a comparison. Blew all the
others away in terms of sound quality and clarity. But the form-factor sucks; too small
for a floor-stander, and too big for a bookshelf.
