Yeah... What I know is that an AKer better run n grab em for that price. K-horn clones and worth every dollar of that asking (unless the drivers are all made by Pyle)

They are worth twice that for sure and I'd be all over it if I was closer. Speakerlab was/is from Seattle. In the Northwest they're well known, outside the Northwest not as well known, but still you can their stuff and followers. Without going into a lot of detail, they sold kit speakers. While not the most accurate speakers in the world, they are very enjoyable and great for rock n roll. Speakerlab 7's are probably the best thing they came out with IMO. Now, go get those butch4695!

I might go and have a listen and see what they sound like . They are not far away. Don`t know if I really have room for them .

K`s are AWESOME and NO they are not second rate to Klipsch! VERY high end in my opinion. This being said they are huge. As for the comment on the Speakerlab 7, I agree they are excellent but often I read that they are not detailed-accurate. I know I listened a few year back to the 7s and they played classical with wonderful detail and accuracy. Just me.

The price was $400 when I first saw the ad and contacted the seller. Now he raised it to $500 and did not answer my last email .

Five bills was the top of the mark around Seattle not too long ago.

They just don't have the "fame" of Klipschorns.

AND, they take up a lot of space.

My speakerlab das 7 speakers seem very accurate to me
They sound great.

I wish some speakerlab khorns would be for sale near me
