Speakers on Craigslist

Probably some sort of remote speakers for a large console stereo. Look more 60/70-ish than 50's but who knows. I'm thinking I would have to leave those be personally. But, to each their own. :)

Dude... You're IN Redding and you haven't gone to look at them yet??? For five bucks each??? C'mon man... If I lived in Redding I'd be looking at everything that looked even remotely interesting. Not much to choose from in those parts.

Yeah, I'm in Redding and you're right, there's seldom anything here of much interest. The problem is I'm plain out of room. I have stuff stacked in the entryway of my house as you come in the front door. I have several sets of speakers that are probably better than these that I should get rid of just for the room. I have a good old set of Coral speakers, a good set of large old Sansui speakers, Dahlquists, Altec/Lansings, etc. I just have to say NO lately unless it's something really special.

hmm your not the one who bought my calrad/corals are you?? I wish that guy from redding would pick the cabinets up, there getting annoying. I would have for sure picked thouse up for 10$, you could always part em out.

No, it wasn't me. I bought mine here locally in Redding. As for parting them out, I still would have to have room for them, take them apart and list them for sale, ship them out, etc. I seem to be incapable of parting things out. If they're good stuff I just feel compelled to save them. If they were something great it would be worth it. That's why I posted them on AK. If someone had recognized them as worth it, I would have followed through.

I hear you on that, it does take a lot of space and time to part things out. I also have a hard time parting things out but when you have to move a console to get in the kitchen you learn how to bit the bullet and get out the hatchet.
