New series on Prime from Marvel. Basically 1920-30’s spider man (Nicolas Cage). Spider man before spider man in an alternate universe. Great show, good story, and if you follow the comics pretty spot on. Owed by Sony so no marvel inclusion.

I thought also, I’m not a Cage fan, but his voice actually has that natural 1920-30’s cadence that works well for the roll.

It is not his voice that annoys me. It is the actor himself. I am just tired of seeing his face in a bunch of B movies.

And I really like the Spider-Man story. Oh well.

My wife and I have seen all but the last two episodes.

I really like the feel and the story. I like the slightly campy/minor overacting that matches actual movies from that period and how it adds to the mood and feel.
