Spring Peekskill, NY, Blue Mtn. Lodge Meet 2025, DATE CHANGE Sat 6/28

I will be there. Hated to miss the one last year. Everyone loved the ADS powered towers last time. This time I'll be bringing a set of unicorn ADS BC8 broadcast monitors. I will also bring a set of Visonik Euro 7 (german). Amp will be a restored SX-850. It will be fun to AB them. IMG_6671.jpgIMG_6670.jpg

Hopefully another good buddy is going to bring his TOTL restored Kenwood
Monster receiver. Just in case we need to hear 200 WPC to the JBL's.
I think the lodge can take it:p:crazy:

Glen I have a buddy bringing a phono pre-amp,
ask around if I can use someones Decent turn-table!
What better way to show off this Vintage system than Vinyl!
Better than streaming spotify from my phone
I'm sure there's someone with one that they can bring!
bobhorn
another friend of mine just jumped aboard ship for the ride!
I’m bringing my TT. Good to hear you’re bring a few gents to enjoy the day and some tunes!

I want to thank everyone that came to the lodge today. What a great day! We had five fabulous systems to enjoy. Solid state and tubes, Broad music genre's, digital and vinyl. Bob grilled delicious steaks, and we had pizzas. Thanks Ed for coming down from Massachusetts. Love your ESS AMTs’. Bobs monster 4430 JBLs rocked the house. Oliver’s Visioniks and ADSs BCS Monitors were beautiful and sounded great! Brads Hereseys are terrific! Looking forward to the Autum meet, and hopefully we’ll have mor attendies. I’ll post some pics and videos when I get a chance. Cheers!

Great to attend today. My first time. Great group of guys! If you guys do another one of these I'll bring some friends. Do a theme? those are always fun people always want to show off their newest possessions and we all learn...and we all get exposed to new ideas.
Big Thanks to Bob for inviting me and lugging 4430's to an event, not many would do that! That's passion!
I was a crazed audiophile at one time, we had a big house I had my own audio room and we experimented...a lot, then the kids left school we sold the house and downsized, I left the hobby for several years and hiked....a lot..., but the hobby never leaves you so now in a much smaller place I start again. What is great about this is it is the music that drives us, we love the gear but its the music that makes us do this insanity!

Mike

Thanks Glenn. I had a great time. Those JVC spheres were quite the surprise on how good they sounded , and cool looking. It's nice to see everyone and to hear their systems All of them sounded different but very good in their difference. Hope to see you in the fall
