SX-838 worked over/repaired by Echowars- Picked it back up at Twang:yes: cleaned up really well and should be cranking out the tunes for a long time to come.Great job,and thanks again:thmbsp: Been reading all the posts on this thread getting some good laughs out of it.Always a good time at Twang! edit-looks like the date code UB says the Pioneer was built in 74 FEB.wow!

A head's up to KC AudioKarma members:

Barb and I swung by the Surplus Exchange yesterday and got four boxes (of ten each) Kodak CDR's. The boxes have the original seals intact, the CD's are still in their wrappers, and the labels are inkjet printable (or use a marker). The best part - $2 a box, and there are some left. Get on down there [they're closed Sunday & Monday] on SantaFe in the West Bottoms near Woodsweather Road.

yup, Terry is closest, Batt to the rear left. To the right of him is Elusive, then Mave to his right, then Jay, and then TooLoud...
