I'm guessing $250-$350. Could go higher, I suppose, but for a little more you can buy a kit and build one of these new which is what I would do if I couldn't get the original at a very reasonable price.

I've seen the prices swing between $300 and mid-$500s . If you can get one for less than $300 and it's in good shape you're doing well.

The Dynaco ST35 has, what is regarded as the BEST of Dynaco's output transformers

I would say $300 in original as-described condition. Any less is just icing on the cake. Anymore is Karma

This my problem. I will have "a couple of hundred bucks" several times in the future. How many ST35 amps am I going to see

They are not making them anymore so there are only a finite number of these. less and less

good info guys. Not into doing new altho would love haveing one. rather resto/refurb is my thing. Makeing them look like new and work same. So a derilect is kinda what Id like to fine but the st35s are scarce. theres one nice on the bay that has shot up in price in a few days with 8-7 days left it will go sky hi as its untouched unused for yrs and in great cond. CL is where I want to find something.
Anyhoo thanks. you answered my wondering. Just wanted to know what the AK crew thought.

I believe that SCA-35s are a lot easier to find in the US. If you can find a beat up one, you could use the iron to build a ST-35 with new chassis and boards.
