Stanton ID needed

I got this cartridge on an old turntable but can't identify it. There are no markings except for the name. It uses the D75S stylus (which was broken.)

Can anyone ID this?

Hi KG. If you read the other thread I'm the one who started it. I belive it is a 680EE S the reason the output voltage is the same and the only one in the Stanton line with a 0.82 output. This was probably a private label.Specs -FR 20-20K,output v 0.82 channel sep 35db,cap 275pf, dc r 1300 ohms, inductance 930mh Tracking 3/4 to 1-1/2g.Now for the good part. This is a very, very good cart. It would be well worth a new cantilever and tip. I would send it to needlestien to see if it can be fixed and have the suspension checked. I have one in use now and I just love it.Hands down it beats the EEE-S and esaily equals the EEE-S II
