Stark 9-66 tube tester calibration help needed

Hi, I recently purchased a Stark 9-66 Tube tester and have the one page tube tester test and calibration procedure, but the Plate and Cathode AC Voltage Checks come up with no voltage. I tested a few tubes and they seem to test, but I am not sure of the accuracy. I am looking for some help with a more detailed calibration procedure or reason why I may not be getting a voltage on that step of my Calibration. Thanks.

It's a one pager that came with my tester. It's on the internet, but it is the only one i can find.

I could not find any other calibration documentation other than the manual and what you stated. Make sure your leads are making very good contact with the socket connections.
