Yes, it's a solid-state Magnavox console, with what appear to be Hepner horns. The 12" platter and "Astrosonic" label indicate that is is not tubed.

Is "Astrosonic" on the gold decal...I can't tell?

The 12" platter on the TT is a good indicator of AstroSonic-ness, too.
