This is a certified “City of Los Angles” home entertainment unit. At one time Los Angles required a unique certification for sale in their city only time this ever happed

:wtf: Does anyone here know anything about this? Oh, wait a second... he doesn't say that this actually happened, only that it "happed". I suppose I can believe that. :D

Our next item is the speakers a pair of hand made Speaker Clone Speakers using the no inline filter design for the woofers.

Speaker Clone? Is this something like Ersatz Speaker? Sounds white-van-ish to me.

The speakers are wired with South Eastern Wire and Cable Silver on copper wire which has almost no resistance / capacitance / and inductance lowest of any wire measured, ever.

:scratch2: Hhhmmm... "Almost no resistance / capacitance / and inductance " --Okay, I get that, but he continues "lowest of any wire measured, ever.
Lowest what? Quality, perhaps? If he means inductance lowest ... measured, ever, then does he mean the lowest measured BY HIM, or what? If this wire were so nearly perfect, wouldn't we have discussed it ad nauseum here and elsewhere online before?

/ The sub woofer is the Rock Bottom© compression sub woofer. This is a 200 watt acoustic wonder.

Yes, with this subwoofer you've really hit Rock Bottom, in terms of audio. It's a wonder that you have it, and you never cease to wonder at how rock-bottom it really is.

The total cost of this system is $2,580.00 delivered in North Metro Atlanta included. I will accept part or all trade...got a great little 4 cyl truck? Rock and roll music awaits.

If that system cost you that much, I pity the fool who bought it. For that money, a LOT of Rock and roll music awaits on my record shelves and in local stores, thank you.

Okay, so I'm piling it on a little thick here; what he is selling probably deserves better comment, but all in a spirit of fun. Actually, a Dual TT with a Shure V15 is nothing to sneeze at, and for all I know, Rock Bottom subs may be very good (never had one, and AFAIK, never heard one). I DO think that alongside some unusual hype, his price is wildly over-optimistic, though. :screwy:
