STK2145 Enigma - fake?

You may be right. On a closer look, the board ends of the leads appear to be welded, rather than soldered. It's a more sophisticated connection than the rest of the board. (I still can't believe the solder bridge on the one smd transistor!)
 
The clone contains bona fide power transistor dies:

I just don't get it. Why make a functional (more or less) STK clone and then f*ck it up by putting a fake marking on it? Makes no sense. Had I bought this from Mr. Ma (Aliexpress) I would go through the trouble to get my few bucks refunded. Even for such a small amount this is unacceptable. BTW- I still have to find the actual device they tried to clone here... But in any case, the enigma is solved.
