Strange Noise coming out of left Speaker after reciever is powered off?

Hey all, recently I’ve noticed that after turning off my reciever, my left speaker makes a consistent/replicable noise after 10 seconds or so. It only lasts a few seconds, but it’s not static or a pop — it’s like a 8 bit noise. That’s the best I can describe it.

This has never happened until recently, and strangely enough it only happens with the left speaker.

is there a common fix for something like this? Is it something I should be worried about?

I take good care of my gear, and of course I just don’t want to damage anything.

Interesting. Do the speakers need to be recapped? Anything I should avoid or is this a rather “harmless” issue.

Which you can prove by swapping the speaker left and right.
