Does anyone know what brand this console is? Or, is it possibly one of those custom types that had varied brands of custom electronics inserted? It is so pretty!

[Ken Boyd]

That is a nice one.

RCA, GE, and Drexel were the usual suspects in these MCM lowboys with the underslung brace bar.:thmbsp:

I had a Packard Bell with very similar styling, made in "62.

Well, I asked for more pictures and the guy sent me pics of some run of the mill, dime a dozen Astro-Sonic. Either he has two consoles for sale, or he put up a bait and switch fake photo.

The one in the first pic looks pretty heavy duty.

The $1 headline with a $400 kicker is a dick move in my book, so a bait and switch would not be unexpected.

RCA solid state is my guess. $40 console.

[audiomagnate]

It looks like an RCA New Vista, the only desirable ss console line, IMO.

If he had the one in the CL pic with the legs, it's worth at least $80-$100 just as furniture. I've sold more common, generic console shells for $25-$50, and that one is super pretty!
