I have fully recapped this unit and installed a Delta9 Electronics populated power supply.
All is good except when powering the unit on.
I am seeing power meters jump up to the 0.1 watt area once the protection relay clicks and then the meters settle back to zero.
I also notice the protect relay is clicking about 2-3 seconds after throwing the power switch. That seems too early to me.
That lead me to double check power supply voltages.
Pin3 +.03
Pin6 -.001
Pin7 +33v (?)
Pin8 -30v
Pin11 -35v
Pin10 Grd
Pin9 +35v
Pin13 +13.2
Pin14 +13.2
Pin15 +5v
Pin16 7.8v
Pin17 +80v
Pin18 -80v
I also checked Q303 voltages, which has the PA3004 pulled from the original PS board installed, and it's all out of whack.
Pin1. +33.66v
Pin3. +0.65v
Pin4. +0.22v
Pin5. Grd
Pin6. 1.2vAC
Pin7. +.043
What should my next steps be?
