best advice - install a socket for one of the two, then try different ones to find the lowest dc offset.
MAKE SURE THE POWER HAS DECAYED DOWN TO ZERO IN THAT CIRCUIT BEFORE PULLING OR PLUGGING ANYTHING IN.
A test lead set with 10 ohm resistors can be clipped across those caps when off to insure it's discharge. C414 (8000uf) & C336 (47uf)
