I feel one cannot have too many meters
I most definitely agree. I do not currently have any, but I’ve got a Nixie tube meter kit on the way that I’m going to set up in Knight Rider arrangement (like the front of Kit).
Anyhow, back to the topic at hand- your gear is beautiful and it sounds like your wife is pretty awesome as well. ;)

Nothing on in the room but the glow of the stereo gear, lush after dinner music, bottle of Nuru gel massage oil, that will put a smile on her face.
 
The TEAC is neat, you might want to relocate it somewhere.. not on the pretty stack... but it looks neat.
 
I looked up a TEAC MB-20 on ebay yesterday and saw one there go for really stupid money yesterday (well in excess of $200!), Def not worth that to me!
I agree - the Marantz gear looks much better!
