Found on agon a Tandberg 2075 rec. But this one has an acrylic OEM top??

Although I cannot give you the historical details of this model, it is exceptionally rare (this is only the second one I have seen). I believe they were dealer models to show off the unit, and therefore original from factory in this case and not OEM.

I find the acrylic case incredibly cool and would be happy to pay a premium for it. Bear in mind that acrylic is be easier to scratch and harder to clean up than wood, so I would make sure I knew its condition before buying.

Yep, dealer demo units. Most companies smartly did not do this as they were spiders nests. The days of really beautiful works of art on the inside were long gone.

My room mate in college had a TOTL Tandberg reciever with the acrylic cover. It was too cool. We had that playing in the living room of our apartment.
