Hello, I found good offers for following speakers:
Tannoy Monitor Gold LSU/HF/12/8
Altec 605B

Which one would you recommend with 9w 300 B amp?

tossup - I'd need to spend some quality time with the Tannoys before plunking down filthy lucre on 'em. The 605, of course, is less sensitive than a 604 - but with 9 watts, that's not going to be a problem.

Personal taste, availability, and cost should be the guiding principles.
