Tannoy Speakers

Has anybody on this forum ever owned Tannoy dmt15 II or CPA 15 ? Any good for home hi fi in a fairly large room?

For some reason, I clicked on this thread. I have heard DMT 15s! It totally depends on how big the room is. I think in a large room they wouldn't be great for listening, they prefer massive rooms in my opinion. After all, they are bigger than a washing machine.

Edit: I've used DMT 215's. I think the regular 15s would be ok in a large room.
