Well then, time for step #2. One of the channels is likely railing. What are the voltages on F5 and F6?
 
volts or mv ? and plus or minus ? i guess plus the way wrote it .
as a test pull f6 and see if voltage changes at f5 .. i don't think it will but might .

Excellent third step. It is unusual to have an output halfway a rail voltage (20 V). Let alone both outputs.
