i recently picked up an SL-3350 at a neighbor's yard sale for $10. i have used technics TT's for years. this model is no great shakes, but is not inferior either.
the 3350 is basically the same mechanics and features as the 3200, but is a stacking changer, which i never use.
with a good cart, it is fine. i have been very happy with my $10 purchase. i wouldn't load it up with an expensive cart, but if you can get a good used Shure or something like that on there, it will be great. plus its got technics stoutness and durability.
i have an sl-1700 i have been using for over 25 years, w/o ever missing a beat. i mean, other than having the rca cables changed and a new power cord put on, NOTHING. just keep a good cart and fresh stylus on there.
