New ClassA
Hi
Looking at maybe getting a SL-23, so i can also have a belt drive Technics. I already have a belt drive old Pioneer PL-155E. My fav turntable is my SL-5210 DD.
SL-23 is a tag lighter in weight over the SL-D2, both require some work. The ones I am looking at need a belt and speed is out, but that can be fixed, if that is the only issues
Is the old Pioneer going to do the job as my belt drive turntable, and I just keep the D2.:scratch2:

The D2 is very good then Kent. I would say that what got me collecting Technics amps when I got my first one, a Technics SU-G50, phono on that model was very weak. The V9 is awesome on the phono and kicks even the V8 to the kerb
