Good evening, I have a Technics SU-VX820 amplifier, which I currently use in power amp direct mode, as it seems to sound the best this way, but I still feel like something is missing. I also own a Nikko TRM 750, but I'm not sure if it needs servicing (changing capacitors, etc.).
The speakers I'm currently using are Mordaunt Short 908 on A input, and sometimes at night im going to B input on Boston Acoustics A26.
Im also running a IFI ZEN SIGNATURE ONE dac.
What could i do to improve the sound of technics cheap..or should i just go for another amp ?
I must say, im not doing very good in budget atm!
