I'm planning to recap a Telefunken Opus 7.
Can anyone help me with the german schematics ?

Hi, I have a copy of the schematic in English as well as German. The graphics on the English copy are not as sharp as the German, but with both you will be in business. I'll send them to you. Pat

Be sure you replace the selenium 'pile' rectifier, located by the transformer. Looks like an electrolytic but it's not. These lose their ability to reftify and first indication of this is blown fuses. A full-wave rectifier from Rat Shack will do the job nicely and fit in behind the factory job.

I intend to replace the rectifier and the power cord too!

I also have an Telefunken Opus radio/gramophone cabinet (or whatever it is called) "Musiktruhe"
I wonder if it is time for a capacitor change? It's all right at start but after ten it starts to loose it's "clearness"
