Note that the tube in the right rear (in the MPX unit) has air in it. Guessing the FM stereo isn't working too well...

It'll receive in mono - looks like white barium oxide in that one tube in the photo, though. If so, game over for that bad boy. Could be an optical artifact, though.

To me the rest of the photo looks so sharp and true. Hard to imagine that tube has not lost vaccum..

550 for the package, not sure if I would go after it. I think the tube issue could be used as a bargining tool, especially when seller claims all have been checked. It is a clean specimen though
