The final live performance of Bowie & staff as "Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars". Moniker retired, the band moved on to the Thin White Duke's so-called "plastic soul" era.

In any case, this final performace @ the Smoke was excellent, Ronno (per usual) in fine & firey form.

The Who -"Join Together" disc 2
I received this as a Christmas present a while back (15 years ago??), and remembered how much I didn't like it, but thought "what the heck", it really can't be as bad as I remembered. So I thought that I'd stay away from Tommy (disc 1), as it kinda works as a studio album of some reknown, and put on disc 2. Boy, what a turkey. It lasted until track 5, where I rudely interrupted it, and put on:
Van Morrison "From Dublin up to Sandy Row"

OK, it's a boot, but this is what live performances should sound like. And I would buy it if Van released a top-flight version. He probably needs more cash ;).
 
I just recently picked this up. Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon, Experience Edition. It's most likely been mention but the unreleased live recording, 1974 at The Empire Pool, Wembley, London), from this set sounds really great.
 
Hoffius, I'll second the Experience Ed. of DSOTM. The live 2nd disc is quite entertaining.

Yeah, it's very clean sounding, the band seems really tight, not to mention the music is great.
 
Fleetwood Mac "Live in Nashville" (May 21, 1977). Probably the best sounding Rumours bootleg I've come across. A little bright but this sbd can be tweeked. :yes:
