Thorens TD 124 tonearm cartridge combo

On a Thorens TD124 rebuild. Hypothetically: If all I have is an old ADC LMF 1 for my tonearm, and I had a choice between Ortofon OM20 and Grado ZF3, which combination (or neither) would be best?

Are you referring to the tonearm, the cartridge, or both?

Neither. Was referencing the tonearm. I was mistaken on that and was thinking about a differing model. That's actually a nice, hard to find, tonearm for mid compliant cartridges.

Which ever one sounds best to you is the best combo. However like @MRL_Audio said that table deserves better but you can work your way up to that until then . In the meantime choose whichever sounds best to you.
