$200 is a fair price if only the belt needs replaced, and everything else is in good shape (motor\pulley\TA\etc.). What would concern me if I was interested is a statement he makes in the ad - "As I said I have no idea what it is even worth so asking $200 to start." Appears to me that he is holding an auction.
